Hello, I am new to Glock Talk but have been a Glock fan for years. I am just surfing this site to check out different forums that I can learn from, contribute to and just plain have fun in. I recently purchased an EFK Fire Dragon conversion barrel for my G29 from 10mm to .40 S&W. I broke it in using almost 600 rounds without one failure to fire. Most of the ammo was Remington 180gr. UMC soft point and a couple boxes of their 180gr. Golden Saber. I was wondering if anyone can give me their opinion on good practice and home defense loads for this barrel and caliber. I can say that the EFK Fire Dragon barrel is the first one that I have ever started a break in process without ONE FTF!!! Love it.
