Dry Firing

Mr. Ayoob, I just finished reading your "Concealed Carry," excellent book, lots of things I never would have thought about. Thanks for your hard work.

My question concerns dry firing during practice. Should I always use snap caps in my Glock 26 and KelTec PF9? Are there true dangers in firing the guns without them? Thanks again.

I've never seen a problem accrue from dry-firing a Glock. I don't have enough experience with the PF9 to answer that, but a call to Kel-Tec's service department should answer your question. I've found Kel-Tec to be very good on aftermarket service to purchasers of their product.
