Figured I'd post a recent experience with Crossbreed.

On 12/16 I ordered a CBST in horsehide.
On 1/5 I received it in the mail only to discover that I had mistakenly ordered a left hand version instead of a right hand version.

So I sent them an email and they said to send it back and they would take care of it.
It took me a week or so to send it back.

I received the corrected order on 1/27 and the only extra it cost me was to ship the old one back.

I think this is a really good turn around and great service on their part for an error on my part. This is the second holster I have gotten from them and I'm sure it won't be the last.
