Suitable practice ammo

Just bought a G26 and a few boxes of Speer Gold Dot 124 grain +P, which is desribed as 1220 fps. I'd like to get some practice ammo, and am looking at Lawman TMJ 124 grain (1090 fps) and 115 grain (1200). Neither is likely to have the same ballistics as the Gold Dot, but which would be the closer choice? Is there something else better? (Of course it is best to practice with the same ammo, but there is a cost factor!) I'll be shooting at close ranges--25 feet?

Both are among the snappier 9mm practice loads, and I've never noticed a difference between them in recoil. NATO ball should come the closest to duplicating the 124 grain +P in recoil. Winchester offers it, for one, in their Ranger line.
