The rifle guys are probably going to need a better pic of the action. From this angle it could be almost anything. The back of the bolt looks distinctive. Maybe that will be enough to ID it.

Unfortunately, I do not have any other photos. I was hoping to get some educated guesses.

Looks like a sporterized Springfield A3-03
I'd 2nd that... looks like a Sporterized M1903 or M1903A3. Could be any of the original manufacturers... Springfield, Rock Island, Remington or Smith-Corona.

The safety lever on the back of the bolt looks like mauser or winchester style. Again closer shots will help indentify better.

The '03 was a copy of the Mauser so the safety might help confirm that identification.

The safety is typical of the converted, or sporterized, rifle with the Mauser or Springfield bolt action. Winchester is completely different. The extension is 100% Springfield 03A3.
Floorplate looks like my 03a3 made by remington ~1943
Here's an original 03-A3 to compare to.

It's a Winmauserton.
What is stamped on the receiver?
It looks like an 03'A3 to me though. Sporter-ized.

Its a 1903 for sure. Couldn't be absolutely sure which model without better photos.
can you tell us why you need to know?
are you thinking about buying it blindly?
whats up?
I concur with the previous responses that based on the bottom metal and cocking piece it appears to be a sporterized 03-A3.
I'd say in that configuration it's a $250 - $300 rifle.
On the other hand I once bought an 03-A4 that was in similar condition and the barreled action brought $1200.
