I like the Bling on the girl

The Beretta looks good, any idea on the price? It looks like it takes AK magazines!!

Mid 1,000s is the projected price. Since its dropping in 20 years that wont be much at all.

No interest at all in the 7.62x39, very much want a 5.56 though!

I believe it will be available in 5.56, 7.62x39, and 6.8spc. Easiest barrel changeout of any rifle I've ever seen. Videos from shot show are impressive. Unfortunately the earliest I've heard of a release date is two years off, possibly a .22 version this year which I'm not interested in. I would love to own a Beretta rifle but the existing options stateside are not to my liking.

So, it uses ak mags but isn't rock & lock? Interesting.

Uglier. IMO, the ARX is the best looking of the "next gen" rifles (ACR, SCAR, XCR).

I have video of the rep saying late 2012 but we know that aint happening. Ok maybe a 22lr version but I doubt there will be a centerfire version this year.

I am not sure I care for the mag release to be covered like that. I am sure it was designed with a purpose, but for anyone that hits the release with the fresh mag coming up and knocks the spent one out in a single motion would be unable to do that with the Beretta.

Sell the damn thing the U.S. already.

Unfortunately its not that simple, there's a ton of ATF red tape to deal with

Yeah, like setting up shop over to build the darn thing, or build the bulk of the darn thing to comply with the 1989 Bush Daddy ban.

Video game trick. Not as reliable as gripping the mag and yanking it.

+1

I always grip the mag and yank it , some times when I hit the release it doesn't always fall

I'm wondering if it is the hand-grip/fire-control group that is actually the serial numbered "gun", so that you just combine that part with a standard upper and appropriate bolt/barrel to effect the change.
