Honest answer...I didnt trade one for the other but I did have a choice I had the $$ to buy either the taurus PT99 or the Beretta..I actually got the Taurus OVER the Beretta because i far PREFER the location of the Taurus controls VS the Beretta's...if the Beretta's controls were also on frame id have taken the Beretta..
