It came in a used upper. Supposedly under 1,000 rounds per the previous owner.

They are $180 new from Colt.

Depends on who's buying it I guess. You could prbably get $100 for it, but I have gotten new ones from Daniel Defense for $130, as low as $110 for other brands with HP/MP, proper staked key, etc.

Depends on how used, but I'd pay $80-$100 for one.

I do believe the OP is putting together an upper,.....$100 sounds about right.
