I'm not sure what the issues would be. Glocks work just fine for me and with an AKM, I don't have to worry about trying to manipulate a safety on the left side of the rifle, so I don't really have any Southpaw issues (except you just about can't buy an off-the-shelf left-handed holster of any quality most places.)
