Hey all, I'll be getting my CCL next weekend and looking for a few good books on defensive shooting and CCW tactics.I need something to help me get my tactics in my mind. I know about Massad Ayoob and have a two of his books on order. I was wondering about any others. I'm also looking for a book from Colonel Rex Applegate. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks guys

Tactical Pistol Shooting, by Erik Lawrence is not bad. He came out with a second edition also.

If one of the Ayoob books isn't In the Gravest Extreme, I'd add that one also.

Massad Ayoob: In the Gravest Extreme

IMHO: read slowly this book at least twice, then get on something else.

I'll add Dave Spaulding's "Combative Handguns" 2nd addition to the list. Good read.
