The Colorado House is now considering HB 12-1092, which would allow concealed carry without a permit. It very well may pass the House, but I doubt that it would pass the Senate and Gov. Hickenlooper would probably veto it.

Well looking at the fact open carry is legal without a permit, car carry is legal without a permit, and criminals already carry without a permit I don't see why this should be an issue.
