The crime - Attempted Robbery - Robber approached victim and demanded money
The problem - Perpetrator picked on an old fart who took out his gun and pistol whipped him.
Why didn't he shoot him? Hey, ammo is expensive, especially for those seniors on fixed incomes!!

Just another person carrying a gun that has apparently never had any training. Glad the perp didn't get ticked off, disarm and then shoot the guy.
