I saw a short clip of a movie, this 80's Dodge Ramcharger pulls into a white brick motel, then they show some cat trying to get something out of a heating duct with a long pole and another cat goes into another room and shoots these cats with his silenced shotgun. Anyone know what this movie may be:headscratch::dunno:

I saw the movie and liked it well enough, but am now reading the book and loving it. The movie is actually spot on to the book so far. Cormac McCarthy has to be one of the best writer's of our time. I've already read "The Road" and "Child Of God". The plan is to read all of his books in due time.

Watching a turd floating around a bowl for two hours would have been a better movie.

Great movie overall, but I didn't care for the ending. Left you expecting more, sort of unresolved to me.

I read the road... and his writing style made it an almost painful experience... don't think I could get through another one of his works. To each his own... :dunno:

That was my opinion as well. It didn't end, it just kind of stopped.
