I was thinking about setting up something similar. Most likely I'm going to go with a Pelican 1490 case but I like your idea too, less conspicuous.

Edit: On a side note I have the same laptop case as pictured. I use it for paperwork as a brief case.

Thanks I had the rifle several years I just wanted it all in one grab bag with over 300 rounds loaded in mags.

I could walk around with it and nobody would give it a 2nd look. I have a few Gun cases but they scream "I have a gun".

I hear ya on that 4glocks. I was just thinking of being able to toss it in a trunk or truck bed and I'd feel a little better about the case being hard plastic.

Check your laws as that HK briefcase is illegal in a lot of places.

While your case doesn't scream gun, it still says steal me. I have an old case too and keep thinking about doing cut foam inserts.

Thanks for the advice but it was a joke. I realize a laptop case would be a target to steal.

The point is to have several handguns and a rifle that all use the same ammo and mags in a small low profile package.

I will say there is a 99% chance I will never need it.
It was never intended to be a EDC option.
