View Full Version : Just looking for some solid advice
A while back I sold my 3rd gen rtf g17 for $400.
I have the chance to buy it back......my buddy never shot it....so its kinda like he loaned me money.
I have a 3rd gen g19.....do you guys think I should buy the g17 back to go with my 19 again?
Or try something different .......maybe a cc gun?
I really liked the g17.....but my 19 kinda fills the void.....but? ???
Do you own other guns or just the 19?
Advice please.......You got a shot at bringing one back into the fold that you foolishly sold off in a moment of weakness and potential remorse and you're asking for advice?!?! :whistling: (j/k)
If there was sellers remorse, buy it back. If no remorse, move on, you've got the base covered with your 19.
I'd buy something else for variety, but that's just me.
If you're looking for something thats a little easier to CC, why not get a G26?
A G17 is a "must have in the house gun".
So get it back and then safe you money for something else or ammo.
Well...not so much sellers remorse....but I have thought about it....and im picking up a 26 for cc this weekend....I have a shotgun so that's covered....if I didn't get it back id venture into an ar platform.
Oh the dilemma ......:faint:
buy it back.....save for a AR. Its a good deal since you made it the first time.
One of the great things about a Glock is the ability to use the different sized magazines.
You have a G19. Put a G17 magazine with an X-grip in it, and for all practical purposes, you have a G17. So you can use that money to buy something else.
Sorry for the brain fart guys.....of course I should buy it back.....and save for a AR.
Thanks to all and to all a goodnight.
