New Colt CCO?

Hey everyone,
Some of you may remember that I was one of those guys berating Kimber in the past. Well, after 800 rounds and a trip back to New York I was finally fed up with my unreliable Kimber Ultra CDP II. Found a very nice Colt Commander Lightweight at the LGS and the trade was on! Two hundred rounds out of the box and not one single hiccup! I couldn't be happier. By the way - is this a CCO? It says CCO on the label and the grips seem to be compacts but is wasn't portrayed that way at the shop.

Looks like I stumbled across a TALO CCO. :wow: #812 out of 1000.

I picked up a Talo CCO a few months back too. It shot 3" low with a variety of ammo brands so Colt is fixing it right now for me. Colt is also throwing in a steel main spring housing for free too.

I don't care for the short trigger but I can live with it.

I bought the first TALO CCW I found, and have been shooting and carrying it for a while now. I like it the classic look of it, and it shoots great. I wish more 1911's came with the short trigger. While long triggers are more popular, I have found very few people who actually shoot better with them.
