Recommend me a comfy holster for my G22. Something that carrys well. I generally wear long over sized T shirts in summer for carry untucked. I'm open to whatever works and is reasonable. In the past I've used a Wilson Lo Profile sharkskin and been very happy.

For my G23 I have a Don Hume H721 and I like it. Though I kind of wish I had gotten the thumb break version, the retention is fine with the open top version but like the idea of having the thumb strap just in case.

I really like my 721OT as well, although I carry a sub-compact in it. Very comfy.

I really like the Simply Rugged Cuda. You can get it with inside out straps, which will allow one holster to serve both IWB & OWB. The quality is very high.

I also recommend Don Hume Leathergoods. I have three of their holsters (for my G21, 1911, and G19) and a trouser belt.

Mines a G-22 also. I use the Next Holster, "Guardian". It's leather, deep conceal and I chose black. It can be carried OWB or IWB.

I use a Glaco Matrix M7X for my G23. It is reasonably priced and works well for CC.

I generally find OWB holsters to be just as concealable and more comfortable than IWB, for all but full size 1911's. The glock sport is hard to beat, as is the galco fletch. Neither will perform well unless it's worn on a proper gunbelt. Recommend me a comfy holster for my G22. Something that carrys well. I have heard nothing but good about the Glock holster, and it is cheapest by far to experiment with.

That is a great point Bill. I originally tried the Galco on a regular 1" belt and it was hard to draw. I changed the belt to a 1.5" nylon and the holster works flawlessly.

check the classifieds for Casino Customs (i think his username is GripnColdSteel or something like that). he makes a great OWB holster which can be changed to IWB with a simple change of clips. the build quality is extremely high and shipping is very fast. the holster was at my door in 1 week.
i highly recommend Casino Customs

he also added a little extra forward cant to help with concealment and "slide cut" the holster so it will work with any 9mm, .357, or .40sw model no matter what the barrel length is.

For an off the shelf holster I'm a big fan of the Galco Concealable.

You would need an exceptional baggy shirt to conceal a Safariland ALS!

The Hume holsters are good. The H721 one I have is VERY tight but hopefully will loosen up.

Maybe, but a lot depends on attire and one's build. I can't conceal it w/ just a t-shirt, but it's easily concealed with a lightweigt soft-shell jacket which I wear a lot of the time. I'm 6-3/256 and have broad shoulders and I don't wear fitted/snug shirts, so I don't have a problem with it. Also, I just swapped my ALS paddle for the belt slide, and it fits a bit more snug against my side, so it's not an issue for me. YMMV

Based on my experience with OWB I think it's hard to beat the Wilson. Price is a little on the high side, but they make it in cowhide too at under $100.

If he's willing to spend that kind of money the CQQR is a very top choice. I have one that Lou made for me and the comfort and concealability are as good as you're going to get.

I bought a Pancake leather OWB holster at Holsterama.com a couple months ago after reading a post here. It is Master's brand, very comfortable and concealable, great price too. I definitely recommend it. I got mine in 3 days.

At the time they had a promotion and I got a 10% discount. I don't know if it's still on but here's the link to the post with the discount code:
