Unless you've behaved in a racist manner there's no reason for you to have ever felt guilty.
I fail to see what a shooting case between a hispanic man and a black man has to do with the end of "white guilt." Luckily, I am not a liberal and have somewhat less than 0 "white guilt" anyhow, so maybe I'm out of touch.

I'd like to see progressive guilt.

What should I feel guilty about? If you did nothing to put disadvantaged black Americans where they are today...why feel guilty?
...I never got the whole white guilt bit.

Don't you read the papers? Watch the news? Zimmerman was a "white" Hispanic. Duhh...

Deal with these people (?) everyday or live in a declining area where Section 8 renters are taking over and then DECIDE if you are a racist or not

Im white and I never owned a slave. I never burned crosses in a white outfit.
If you were born a free man, what does that person really know about being owed?
None of my ancestors did either. They were from other countries.
What am I guilty of?
If I didn't do "it", I don't feel guilty...
If I didn't do "it", I don't feel guilty...
This.
I never owned a slave, never knew anyone who owned a slave, never knew anyone who had been a slave. Racially, I am guiltless.
