Room in the Liquids Bucket

Packing up some food buckets. Not mixing dry with wet (learned my lesson about that already--lost preps from years ago that way). The "wet" or "bottle" bucket still has plenty of room. So far:

Oil
Molasses
Vodka
Vanilla Extract

...still got room. What other long-shelf-life BOTTLED edibles would you include here? Or duplicates?

Oil doesn't last that long so I don't want a huge stock of that. But alcohol might be good bartering stock.

But I have the feeling I'm forgetting something important.
