Mas, I want your opinion on the Taurus 380 ACP revolver. As I understand the size is reduced except for grip and trigger guard. The frame is steel so weight is 15.5 oz approx equal to air-weight. So recoil should be more manageable than 38 spl in J frame. All of these things I consider good.

My concern is the adequacy of the 380 in a 2" barrel. Do you any ballistic data or opinion on ammo choice or performance?

Thanks.

I have no experience with the Taurus .380 revolver, Mike, but in a gun the same width and weight and round count as a .38 Special with +P, I would definitely go with the latter.

best,
Mas
