Sure, we used to fly 90 day rotations from Pope AFB, NC (C-130e Hercules) to RAF Mildenhall. Two TDY's in 1984 and one in 1985.

I was at RAF Mildenhall (Jun 01-Jun 08) with the 352 MXS. Did 7 years there, went to Iraq in May 03. Did a lot of TDY's throughout Europe. Went to Kabul, Afghanistan for 6 months in 2009.

I felt safer in Qatar than I've ever felt in Memphis or St Louis,,,although the Qataris could use some driving lessons.
