Again, Obama's henchmen are humiliated before SCOTUS
Supreme Court (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/supreme-court/) justices took a dim view of the Obama administration (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/barack-obama/)’s claim that it can stop Arizona from enforcing immigration laws, telling government lawyers during oral argument Wednesday that the state appears to want to push federal officials, not conflict with them.

“It seems to me the federal government (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/federation/) just doesn’t want to know who’s here illegally,” Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. (http://www.washingtontimes.com/topics/john-roberts/) said at one point.
Well, DUH!

I hope to heck that Arizona is allowed to set the standard for "helping" reduce ILLEGAL immigration.

Odumbo Administration really wants to push this obviously illegal agenda.

So stupid. But they know that if what they do is found to be illegal by the SCOTUS nothing will happen to them @ the Odumbo Administration vs. say you or I break the law and support illegal activities.

This is the problem with the US. Those that make the laws and actually influence and matter in the policies of this Country are not held accountable for their actions. And this case is proof of this.

What would be very cool if the SCOTUS said - Feds you will enforce the laws as written- without modification. IE no bending the rules/laws for political gain. And oh you will deport every illegal immediately.:supergrin:

I hate to say it, because I want the Arizona law upheld. But, what Justices say, and the questions they ask, in oral arguments, make good law school discussion material, and little else.

Read, "The Brethren", by Bob Woodward and Scott Armstrong.

If the court does slap down this and other Obama actions, I wonder how that will work out for us if he gets reelected and gets to appoint a justice?

All illegal aliens need to be deported NOW!!!! The COST to this country is staggering. It would be a great start to reducing the deficit and crime.

It will make no difference at all. ANY justice he appoints at any time will be to the left of Stalin--and the usual Republican suspects will vote to confirm.
