Given the recent little problem in the Gulf, the idea that oil companies should be subjected to rigorous oversight makes sense. Don't agree? Just go ask the folks whose livelihoods and property has been damaged. Go ask the folks who had to deal with the consequences of the Exxon Valdez "accident."

Enough thuggery and lawlessness.

That kind of thinking shows why the EPA went so hard after the Sacketts (http://www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/sackett-et-vir-v-environmental-protection-agency-et-al/).

I think we should make an example of them by shrinking the agency to two people ....

(Both to be 'fire at will' employees ....)
