Hey guys need opinion on a good belt to hold a crossbreed holster. I'm a big guy. I was thinking about ordering a crossbreed belt but I don't want to thick it hard to move. I would also use this belt for work so it needs to be somewhat neutral for work. Any opinions appreciated.

For a casual bely, Wilderness 5-stitch
For a tad bit dressier, Beltman or Looper

My Beltman is going on 10 years old and I can still wear it with dress pants. It also makes concealed IWB much easier with built in reinforcement against rolling. Go for a good belt, you will not be disappointed.

Wilderness Tactical CSM lined in the width you want. If your a big guy you will appreciate the CSM lining. I have a frequent flyer and a ring belt both CSM lined. Great belts.

Another vote for the Beltman 1.5" bullhide belt. You'll never need another gun belt.

A&G Leather make the best belts I have ever tried. Al is a real gentlemen and stands behind his work.

I've had great success with the $10 leather belts from Wal-Mart that have the double holes spaced about 1/2" apart. Not only is it sturdy but the close double holes allow for a wide variety of adjustment for holsters carried on the belt, IWB or OWB. This is especially handy when you carry different guns of different sizes and if you find something better you've still got a decent belt for normal use.

I am overwieight and I don't have an IWB holster but I do work. I wear Red Wing shoes and boots and they make a good full grain harness leather work belt that is very comfortable to work in. It is a 1.5" width belt. I paid $35 at a Red Wing store. I am going to try mine with an IWB holster as soon as I decide which holster and order it. It would look like a work belt cause it is. Give it a look.

I wear my CrossBreed 1-1/2" belt (no basketweave) with a velcro kit daily. use it mostly with a cross breed with the v-clips. on the occasions that i'm going with ankle holster i still use the cross breed belt. i love it.

Go to any of the gun belt sites and they give instructions. They usually don't go by pants size.

Look at this link.

Same here. I've been using my Crossbreed belt for about two years now and going strong.
