View Full Version : New Navy 226 MK25
These are great service auto,s and a good value loaded with goody's& 3 mag's. As with all 226,s. This is my top pick in a full size 9mm service auto for defence as it is with the one of the worlds best .
What does the mainspring look like?
Mainspring stainless steel spring and clean like a new pistol should be and innards phospated. A extra well made smooth automatic.

Here's mine. I've had it for six days. I just put the 1,030th round through it this afternoon. Flawless in every way. Not just launching rounds downrange, actually running the gun through drills. Love it.

Beauty.
The "MK25" version doesn't have the NSW serial number, correct?
ETA - I just zoomed in on your pic and answered my own question.

I wanted one badly. I had my local gunshop order one and then I found out from Sig that the Mk 25 was on a ridiculous back order so I opted for the P229R that my local shop had in stock. Sure enough, the Mk 25 arrived at the shop 2 weeks later, 3 days before my 22nd bday, I was soooooooo mad. Now I'm starting again all over to save up for it.

Wow that's a nice looking Sig! I've been wanting to finally try a Sig out and its either going to be a P226 or P220. Would be nice if it was one of these!
Late to the thread but nice. I love my 226 Navy though mine is a Mk24 Mod 0 version
