I know many of us are familiar with the Crickett model, and the Chipmunk guns. The quintessential youth .22. Short, light, single shot.

Now, my question. Does anyone have experience with KSA's .17HMR guns? Or Chipmunks .17HMRs?

Neither are very expensive. But I've found the quality of Chipmunk guns quite a bit better than anything Crickett I've seen. Therefor I'm more or less leaning towards the Chipmunk's Barracuda.

Just curious if anyone has actually had any hands on with either of these guns? Looks like a great way to turn pigeons and gophers inside out.

Guess I'll go ahead and pose the question over at RFC...
