Indeed, if he or anyone purports to support Zimmerman, this is not the way to do it.

You know, this is just giving fodder to the left-wing nut jobs who will take away your gun rights in a second.

I'm missing the 'Trayvon' or the 'Martin' printed on the target.

I wear hoodies, and I like Skittles. Maybe I should sue.

Classless and pointless at least.

at least he's honest:

seller, he admitted that, "My main motivation was to make money off the controversy." And it worked. "The response was overwhelming. I sold out in 2 days."

He got his 15 minutes of fame.

maybe, but he sold out in 2 days? how many did he sell? Who bought them? if it was 50, i am not all that worried...if it was 25,000 that's a problem...

Trayvons parents copyrighted his name for merchandise. What about that?

:dunno:

And there you have the reason why his parents would need to copyright his name, etc. Now they need to have their lawyer contact the little man making the targets and proceed from there.

I don't believe they have a case. The target has a hoodie yes, not any likeness to Trayvon. Now Skittles and the Tea company might be upset.

True. But so what. Large corporations routinely use copyright law as a tool to suppress competitors, etc. The only need to force the man to blow money defending himself. It's not about right/wrong. It's about the "law."
