The whole gay marriage thing is a huge distraction from a crappy presidency.
IMO there's bigger fish to fry, and the gushing over this crap in the article only seems nutty to me.

Clearly another pro-Obama fluff piece from Newsweek.

Get me a bucket...:puking:

If anything, she's an automatic tranny too, explains her robotic character.

For some reason I keep thinking of Seinfeld.
"Not that there is anything wrong with that."

Hey now...! The president is addressing the preeminent concern among Americans today -- unemployment...the economy...high taxes...border security...national defense...soaring inflation...gay marriage!

This explains that tingling sensation Chris Mathews felt going up his leg.

I suspect we've already had several gay presidents. I've always thought Ronald Reagan was somewhat of a flake.

What pisses me off is people think it's the right that want the government deciding on the same sex marriage issue. It isn't. Gays have had the right to marry for quite a while now. It's called a civil union just like a hetero couple who goes before a judge or a ship's captain. It's civil because it isn't overseen by an ordained minister of any faith. However this isn't good enough. They want to define the relationship as marriage. They want the government to say their relationship is equal to and exactly the same as a man and a woman because then they can force companies to pay for partner benefits.

They can already love each other.
They can already adopt.
They can already have control of their loved ones' medical care.
They can already buy property together.
They can already pass along property and assets after death.

All they lack now is the government saying their union is no different from a heterosexual union. The people have the right to define who can and can't get married.
Man and woman? Yes
Cousins? No (generally)
Children? No
Multiple spouses? No
Same sex couples? Overwhelmingly when it goes to a vote of the people the answer is No.

No one is saying you can't join your lives or do the things hetero couples do. The people are just saying we won't define it as a marriage.

Flame on

Nothing gets either side going like gays.

!6 trillion in debt, and 100 trillion in future obligations no problem. Gays want to marry. Rabble rabble rabble.

Pfffffffft.................... I knew it when they showed him riding a bike.

The guy on the left (Allen West) is the one we should be voting for as president. The one on the girly bike is the one we're unfortunately stuck with.

BTW, for honesty's sake, I must point out the color of Odumma's girly bike was photochopped.

Let me think...An article extolling the wisdom of our Founding Fathers, and how that wisdom was captured in the Constitution? :dunno:
