So does anybody know how many Rtf2/Gills were produced for each model and which one are the rarest?

It is unknown how many were produced for each model. It appears that the 22 is the most common version, which makes sense as these were marketed towards LEO.

IMO the rarity follows this order:
22C rarest
23C
21SF
31/32
23
19
17
22 common

How many years were the gills produced... from what 3 letter serial prefix started and ended?

Started in 2009 I believe and ended in 2010 at some point. All this info is in the main RTF thread.
