If glock made a 10mm with a size between the g20 and the g29 would you carry it? I am talking about a g40 that would be about the same size as a g19 and would hold 12 round of 10mm. I would. My hands are just a bit large for the g29 with pinky extension.

Absolutely, I always thought they went just a tad bit too short in the grip on the G29. Even with the pinky extension its still a bit short for my meatclubs LOL A 4" barrel 12 round 10mm would be the perfect carrie gun for me. I end up carrying my G32 too often cause the G20 is just a little too big and the G29s grip is just a bit too short. The G19, 23, 32 are the perfect carry size but the 10mm is most definitely my favorite load.

I love my 32 so yeah a 10mm in that size would be awesome.

Don't some put the G30 extension on their mags? I thought that give a little extra. I don't currently have a 29 so you might have to search a bit, or someone will come along in a minute to say this too.

I like the length of the G29/30, about the same as a Glock 19/23/32. However, I do think they could have made the grip a little longer (with pinky extensions, it's okay for me).

If Glock comes out with another 10MM, the size matters not. I'll own at least one of them! Actually, I'd vote for a 36 sized in 10MM, or, a 17/24/longslide version in 10MM!

I'd buy one each of a G20L and G36 sized 10mm. Yes, yes and yes.

I carried my new G29SF for about three minutes with stock magazines. Just too damn short for my grabbers. As soon as I got home from the LGS I put Pearce +2 extenders on them and they fit PERFECTLY. It's nice having the 12 +1 rounds on board too. Backed up by a 15 round full-sized magazine I feel well armed when walking around Indian Country.

You've perfectly described my own favorite carry weapon - if it existed.

I consider my G20 to large for much other than open carry in the woods, and I've never found a way to hide it well enough under my cloths. I have a SafePacker holster for it from Wilderness Tactical, but again, aside from when I'm out in the woods I dislike to wear it because it looks like some sort of a man-purse, and I've never been one to carry those. I like the really small concealment guns in .380 or 9MM, but with 10MM recoil I find the G29 a bit too hard to hold on to.

I EDC a g-20, before that a g-21.
it would have to be a HELL of a gun for me to replace it. My hand seems cramped on the 29/30 and the 18/23 frame, perhaps because i am really used to the full size.
but i'd sure give it a try..its a 10mm after all.

I feel this deserves an "atta boy!"

I would like a "G40SF" and a "G20L-SF", sign me up!

A G29 slide on a G36 with modified G36 mags and adjusted extractor/ejector. Is this really too hard to be home grown?? I would not use it for SD but on the range it is great!!

We all know that the compact 19-sized pistol is the perfect size. There should be a "G40"

A G36 size 10mm would be nice. I really like my G36 .45, but doubt they will ever do this...

I could see a G36 sized 10mm being introduced, but nothing else.

I hope your right bac1023...
I think that would be a sweet set up.

The bottom line for me is.... I have absolutely ZERO use for a .45ACP. I have owned many and really like the cartridge but have since gotten rid of all of my .45's and the 10mm does everything the .45 does, plus more. I also reload, which even further negates the need for any .45 (except .45 Colt/.454 Casull, which I could see myself owning someday).

I don't see why it would be so hard for such a large, well known company to crank out a few slimline 10mm's for all of us 10mm junkies.... hmpf.

Aren't you the guy that made an AMT .40 into a single stack 10mm?
