Eliminating EPA would solve a lot of problems, and undoubtedly be a huge net boon for the country.

Yep, when they're trying to make a ditch into a navigable waterway and trying to regulate dust they have gone into the realm of the absurd.

Don't forget the stink the EPA raised for their Pharm Phart Taxes for the methane gas "emitted into the atmosphere" from cattle, hogs, sheep, horses and the farmer(when his wife cooks bratwurst & kraut, bean & cheese tacos, cornbeef & cabbage and beer/wine coolers.):rofl::supergrin::supergrin:

Y'know -- we can say that for the FedGov in general (the NASA administrator saying one of his primary goals is making Muslims feel good about their "contributions" to science and technology; the State Department spending billions of our tax dollars to restore mosques in the Middle East; the FDA's war on raw milk; the "Justice" Department's Fast & Furious Fiasco; etc., ad nauseum)...

...But the EPA does seem to have a way of setting new benchmarks for Bizarro draconian statist arrogance and stupidity.

Maybe someone at the EPA needs to wake up in a roadside ditch.
