Sharp. That looks like a 1911 that I wouldn't mind carrying although it would probably be too heavy for my taste.

If SIG can make an external extractor work, why not Kimber?

A Kimberly EE can be made to work,.....just need a Wolff extractor spring.

Very nice.
I took the "Nightmare" last night to the range and managed to knock off 100 rounds. Not much to report other than it performing failure free, excellent accuracy (managed to pull off a 5 round group @ 21ft equalling 3/4" offhand), decent trigger for the first 100 rounds, and at this point it has the makings of an excellent production 1911. Sig did a beautiful job with this as far as a quality fit and finish. This particular gun felt fantastic in my hand and felt close to its more expensive competition. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this "Nightmare Carry" and I'll say it's a bargain.
