Yeah , I get mine the 6th next month. I tore my right shoulder my second visit to my therapist two months ago .
He told me not to come back , there was nothing he could do for me.
I was gonna ask you what to expect and how it went. I guess I'll be telling you.I trusted this man and met him right after my first surgery. 30 years experience and a nice guy.
I know he didn't mean to hurt me but he did and you're right,
it hurts like hell.
As soon as I am able , I'll let you know what to expect and if it's bad , I'll lie.
Good luck too you and again , good luck.

So, what are they going to do?

I saw the MRI , and it don't look good but I don't want to get into it , I just want it over and get back on my feet already.
Been down too long.

Besides , MRI's look like pasta to me , they could tell me anything. For sure surgery though. When my wife gets up , I'll take a look at it cause he did circle some things , I barely glanced at it , sick of of already.

MRI result impression:
Well , from what I read , Abnormal configuration of the superior labral tear and erosion of the articular cortex of the glenoid
with subcortical formation.

Well , now that we got that clear , any other questions ?

If everything goes alright , i'll let you know. If it don't , I'll lie .

And good luck Dinky .

The 13th is always a good day for me (Friday especially!)

I don't envy you at all Dinky...the shoulder is a painful thing!

I've had bursitis in my shoulder ONCE...and I pray that never happens again. I had to go through painful physical therapy when it happened. It was NO FUN.

I have to baby it often because I feel the warning signs from time to time.

I'll be praying that it isn't difficult for you at all, and that
you have an easy recovery...but I know that the shoulder is
a VERY difficult joint.

(My hubby is having a minor procedure that week, too...but his is on Tuesday, July 10. I know that his will be much easier than yours, but very necessary as well.)

 :hugs:
