do I want a new Rock River so bad? I know I know, its not a real 1911 because its polymer..but I still want one. If they only had a 9mm version, as I already have a .45 1911...I swear I would be all over it.

I actually just read a very good review on them. I guess they rails are steel insets...and the grips seem to be replaceble. Seems like a very well built gun. And bac, I have heard you rave on the Rock River's, so I have to believe that these wouldn't be much different.

I'm still pissed they decided that 1911s weren't worth their precious time. I have one of their early ARs and it's been a great rifle but I doubt I would buy from them again.
