Comp-Tac MTAC. That's what I use for mine. It will disappear under a t-shirt. The great thing about the MTAC is that it is pretty thin, and is totally adjustable. I think they cost around $85 and it is worth every penny. This holster would be perfect for the conditions in which you will be carrying.

The G30 is a great gun and will serve you well!

I carry in a Don Hume H715 when I carry IWB (rare) or a simple Glock Sport Holster most of the time when I OWB.

You really cannot beat the Glock holster if you like to carry concealed OWB - simple, tough, thin, inexpensive and holds the gun very close to the body. If you wear a lot of t shirts with open button-downs over, it just disappears.

For IWB, I really like the Hume as it too is simple and very thin, not adding much weight to the already bulky G30.

I am 6'1", 185 lbs, and I carry my G30 all day, every day, in a Theiss horsehide holster. Amazingly comfortable. Its adjustable and Tommy is great to deal with. It only costs $65 and guaranteed for life.

Blade-Tech Nano IWB.
Adds almost nothing in thickness and is very smooth/contoured also has good retention (adjustable) and has a body side shirt guard.

+1 on the Theis holster.

Affordable and fast delivery time.

I ordered a JM Custom Kydex appendix rig that should be in any day now. Was using a crossbreed but I'm one of the few that don't really like it. Have been using a MIC holster and really like it but wanted a dedicated appendix holster. The MIC is fine for quick trips around town but isn't comfortable for me for all day carry with the G30.

Exactly what I carried around Port St.Lucie all day in 90 degree heat. Gotta give the G30 some love now and then.
