Jindal's defiance sounds good, but it does not delay ObamaCare implementation in Louisiana. If a state does not establish its own insurance "exchange", the federally established one will control that state.

I applaud Jindal's spunk, but he's just spitting in the wind. Look what they are doing to Arizona and Sherriff Joe who is trying to uphold the immigration law. The Fed's hold all the cards. Resistance is futile. If it is not repealed by the next administration, it will be the law of the land. There was an Alabama governor (George Wallace) who opposed Civil Rights legislation in the 60's... and you know how that worked out.

Didn't the Supreme Court rule in favor of the Second Admendment and some places (D.C., Ohio, California...)are ignoring it?

You are correct sir!!!!!!!!!! Would like to add, it was also ruled, by the justices, that it would be unconstitutional, for the fed gov, to penalize states for opting out.

Precisely. "More lawsuits will needed." That applies to 2A rights. And for the squatter, that also very much applies to his effort to push his agenda of destruction for America. Go Bobby! And let every other Gov. do exactly the same thing. Delay and obstruct in every way every effort of the demokrats to implement their program to make America into Amerika. Drag it out and make it as ineffective as possible. The result will be that people will remember what the demokrats have done as a bastardization of our nation and a claw in the pocketbook of every wage earner. That will help in future elections to turn people away from the demokrats.

Governor Jindal is probably on the short list of potential nominees should Romney arrive in Tampa without the delegates to win on the first ballot.

It won't be Jindal. Louisiana will vote red anyways. We aren't a swing state.

Jindal will be in the cabinet. He's an uber-administrator. Sec HHS, that's his background.

If this were a decision most of us agreed with, wouldn't we be hammering him for going against it? Funny how that works.

Not sure of the point you're making here...That's the way it works every time. Of course, people are going to support or reject decisions on the basis of whether they deem them as being right or not... :dunno:

I think every state that filed against it (23) should say no but hell no! That way all those that were for it can pay for it! Funny thing is those are all the states that are broke! So sounds like it will not work! Let them tax there no tax paying citizens all they want!
