The House as early as next week will pass legislation prohibiting the IRS from receiving any money from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to implement the 2010 healthcare reform law.

It's brave to back it up by refusing to pass any more Continuing Resolutions which fund the stuff they say they're cutting. What are the odds they'll do that?

That is true. Now that they have defrosted their balls they need to put them back on and wear them like they own them.

Which begs the question, how is the federal government still operating? Congress has made themselves totally irrelevant.
