No, no difference. Now that the Gen 4's come with 3 mags the blue label (LE) guns are the same as all the others.

Can I ask where you found the G29? I'm looking for a Gen 4 G20 and could use a lead (other than Ed's Public Safety, who can't ship to Colorado).
