I recently came across some magazines that I got in a deal. Only problem is I'm not sure what the belong to. All I know is that they aren't for any gun I own now, or have ever owned in the past. I'm hoping some GT knowledge can help me out here.

The first three are identical save the rear of the mag. A 9mm fits well, but seems like it may be a bit short. A .45 ACP fits, but it doesn't seem right. Doesn't seem like it would feed well out of the mag at all. Here are the pics on the first three. The first three pics are of the same mag, the last pic is all 3 together. Again, identical except for the rear of the mag. the sticker in the third pic is hand written M-11 on it. I thought maybe that could mean they are for the Cobray M11, but I keep doubting it. They are heavy and feel quite stout. I think the handwriting may be wrong, or have another meaning.

This next set, a 9mm fits perfectly and appears that it would feed perfectly.

Well 62 people so far have taken a pass. Any help from the morning crew?

I agree on a Cobray or similar pistol.

First group look like M3 grease gun mags.

First group look like M3 grease gun mags.

Excellent, thanks. Any idea why two of them have an indented back while one doesn't?

I agree on a Cobray or similar pistol.

For which set?

For which set?

The second set. In a way they remind me of a Beretta mag.

The first set looks really old school like the M3, as stated above.

My opinions are not founded on any real knowledge, only on deductive reasoning.

So, how cheap were the mags?????

Why not go on Brownells shopping and see if they look similiar?

I think they are MP40 9mm magazines.

The first set look like they could be STEN mags.

The second set look like metal aftermarket M11/9mm SMG mags. The originals were plastic (Zytel)

The last set look like M3 mags.

I have Asian contract Beretta 92 magazines that except for length and the reinforcement strip on the front are identical to these. My guess is they are for a 9mm sub gun that's used by some Asian PD's or their military.

That would be very awesome, those mags look very pricey. There is an auction on gunbroker with excellent pics that I'll need to compare.

I paid $40 for all 7. I figured what 7 mags aren't worth at least $40?

Why not go on Brownells shopping and see if they look similiar?

Good idea, I'll have to do that. I figured they wouldn't have mags as old as some of these. But I can always compare the aftermarket mags.
