i bought a box of 40 s/w 100 rd value pack..6 out of 100 are set way in..
i want to call and see if they can do any thing but cant find a contact # on the web site..

Most of Winchester's FMJ value ammo is made in Europe. The quality of Prvi Partizan and S&B economy grade ammo, repackaged in Winchester boxes, just isn't quite up to standards of Winchester's domestic ammo.

The scab labor in the new plant has not figured out the adjustments on the machinery. Eventually enough of the Union Winchester employees will get desperate enough to move down to the new plant for half pay. Things will start running smoother after that.
