Um, George W. Bush, Woodrow Wilson, Andrew Johnson, Richard Nixon...That's for starters....

Obama's pretty loathsome, but for 20th-21st century presidents -- I can't think of a single more egregious violation of the Constitution than FDR perpetrated in 1942.

Between Vietnam (the "best and the brightest" -- heh...) and "The Great Society," LBJ certainly merits consideration.

Carter -- no doubt whatsoever.

Woodrow Wilson is a gimme.
