View Full Version : Shredder gips are.... uh... AGGRESSIVE!
I see why they call them shredders! Of course I new they were going to be aggressive before ordered them my NN. I shot 50 rnds thru my new No Name and my support hand palm is a little tender now. I like them but I think I'll be putting in a order for another set of grips that are a little more aggessive than standard but not as much as these? Thinking VZ or alumnigrips. Any suggestions?

I have Shredders and the black Alumagrips with the GI logo for all of my Guncrafters except for the Model 1 .50GI, which has the black Alumagrips w/GI logo and a set of VZ Operators. I'm a huge fan of VZ grips, but I kinda like having the GI logo on the Alumagrips on the GC guns.
Yeah those things looks a little brutal for my tender palms :)
Yeah, I remember buying the No Name before it was a big hit here and opted for the OD Alumagrips.

I actually carried them for a little while on my TRP before I sent it off to SACS. You think they're grippy on a No Name. Try them on on a TRP. :wow: You could dip your hand in oil and that thing wouldn't slip a bit.

I like the look and even the feel for a mag or two but not much more than that.
The sharp 20lpi on the TRP would only add to the overall gription I'm sure.

Yeah 20LPI and Shredder grips do not seem like a good CCW option :faint:

VZ Elite Tactical Carry would be a great choice!
