Congrats, cb! I hope that you enjoy it. I've just recently picked up one chambered in .357SIG, and it is a great pistol!
TGS recently had a sale on extended magazines (http://www.topgunsupply.com/sig-sauer-p239-magazines/), so just keep an eye out here for their next sale, or order some if you gotta have 'em now :) Their customer service is first-class, and the gear will get to your door pretty quickly.
Enjoy your new P239!
Congrats on a great pistol!!!

Great gun. I've had one in 9mm since 1994. I placed an order the second they announced it.
If you like Sig, keep an eye on summitgunbroker.com
Mark has the best prices I've seen on used Sig's, and I wouldn't have been able to afford mine otherwise.
I picked up a police trade-in P226 that had never been shot, with it's spare magazine still wrapped in plastic, and a P229 that looks barely handled.... Each with nice bright night sights for less than $500.... Can't beat a new sig for that kind of money.
I would like to get a P239 in .40 sometime, too.

id like to get a 357 sig barrel for it, what all do you have to have to convert it over to the 357, will it be like a glock and do just a barrel switch?? and since they offer the 239 in 357 sig, can i buy an oem barrel and just put it in the gun and it work???

Congratulations. FWIW, the Hogue rubber wraparound grips with finger grooves significantly improve the shootability of this very nice pistol.

You will love it, i love mine in 9MM. Smart move to get a pistol to last your life time, and more.
Get the .357Sig barrel for sure! I'm starting to really dig that round.

Just make sure that if you get one labeled as a conversion, that it is for converting a .40 into a .357Sig and not one meant to convert a 10mm into a .357Sig (if you have a Glock in the future). Of course, for your Sig, that won't be a problem. I don't know why they would label a .357Sig barrel built to fit into either a .357Sig or .40 frame pistol as a "conversion", other than for marketing purposes.
OEM barrels can be bought at a few different places. I don't even know where to begin, but it shouldn't be too hard to find. But I wouldn't personally object to a KKM or some other reputable maker. No matter who you buy from, it should be reliable due to the necked-down design of the round.

Top Gun Supply is my favorite source for Sig Sauer parts. They are fast, professional and polite. They also sell an excellent Sig Armorers DVD. http://www.topgunsupply.com/sig-sauer-barrels/
