Bureau of Indian Affairs Funded 'Non-Existent' Fish Hatchery for 14 Years

Scared me for a moment there. It could have been some of my folks but our hatchery works.
Gee though, we do it without an entitlement or Federal funding.
I thought the Government made everything work better when they are involved.
Funding non-existent work/projects/systems/etc. is a time-honored tradition with the FedGov.
Growing it makes it much easier to hide the waste and venality.
Who's going to jail over this?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Simple answer. Tell the indians they lost and that the U.S. won the various indian wars. Then, tell them the reservations, etc. will be broken up and made available to homesteaders with no preference to anyone. If they want to be U.S. citizens, fine. But their indian nation is gone with the wind. Forget playing silly games with people who want to cling to their tribalistic culture. The old west is gone, gone, gone.
