So, as I understand it, these riots are common enough that they can establish a pattern as to how they repeatedly start...but no theory on who the rioters may be or what cause they represent? Maybe a religious or ethnic connection between them? Nothing?

I see they interviewed a Ms. Hadji, who seems to identify herself with the rioting housing project dwellers, and she wasn't able to provide any insite on that.
