Just picked up this slightly used EB KC tonight. A Brown has been a long time coming to my collection. Here's a few pics sent to me from the owner...for now.

Congrats!

A Brown will be my first $2K+ 1911 purchase for sure. Been in love with them since before I knew all about the ladies...

Joe

I'll be interested to know how you feel about the Ed Brown vs a Wilson vs a Guncrafter.

I find my Ed Brown to be my most accurate 1911.

Thanks. :) It's a John Harrison Pro Grade. I don't know about 2 more EB's, although I've always liked the EE...:whistling: We'll see how it compares after I get it home.

I actually had a couple of buddies from Texas call me today and tell me that they need to do an intervention for me on my gun buying. :rofl:Sadly, they were serious. :embarassed:

Can't wait to compare it to my other semi-customs. Gonna see what EB is made of. Did a count the other day on my other semi's and as of now, as best I can remember(not at home to take a count), I have...
5 Guncrafters
3 Wilsons
2 Baers
1 Nighthawk
1 RRA
1 complete customized Colt
2 complete customized Kimbers
And a soon to be in my hands...EB KC.

You're gonna love your Kobra Carry! Browns and Wilsons are on a whole other level. I went with a Special Forces Carry a while back, but I wish I had gone with the KC instead. I really prefer the scallops to the chain link on the front and back straps.
