Damn you! SEMA, CES and maybe AVN are great reasons... But really, who needs a reason to goto Vegas? :)
You forgot Shot Show!

Many congrats my friend, I wish I was going:supergrin:
I have media credentials. I try to cover all the big trade shows in Vegas. I missed out on the overland expo in Arizona a few months back so this makes up for it.

Yes I did forget that, but its not as big as those others.. I mean, there's MAYBE one interesting announcement each year. Dan Wesson has a new 1911? Yawn. Glock is just there, nothing to announce except Gunny commercials? Huh? A new adjustable shoulder or bumb stock for ARs? Meh.
That's great. I plan to go to the 2013 SEMA show. Keep us posted on how the show goes. Post some pics if you can.

I would love to go to the SEMA Show.... congrats

Good points. The car world comes out with far more new toys than the firearms world every year. I am looking forward to seeing the AK break down rifle up close and personal.

look out for this! My gf's family was friends with one of the new owners of HPP. I got to see the cars in his garage while they were still under development though so that was pretty cool.

I went last year and the year before. It's a madhouse out there. A buddy of mine and I wander the floor and try to get pics with as many of the booth eye candy as we can. I actually have a pic of me with the three girls in front of the Hummer in the pic you linked. Most of them are strippers and they're pretty friendly. I picked up a few "VIP" cards for some of the clubs and Sapphires had a SEMA party.
Actually, here's the pic...

Just in it for the cars Kathy. :whistling:
Three girls and a Hummer, nice.

Dude, those weren't even the best ones. I've got some better. There was a lot of cool car stuff too. They had a "drift" track setup outside where they were taking people for test rides in a Roush Mustang. They also built hills and an off-road track and took people out in the Ford Raptor.

It's one of the few reasons I'd go to Vegas.
I'm indirectly involved in the automotive aftermarket industry and not even SEMA could drag me there. HH
Where are you staying? Are you a gambler?
I was there 2 weeks ago. Had very good luck playing blackjack and added several chips to my poker chip collection..

I may have to try also. I will actually be home at that time and have someone that can get me tickets. Didnt think I would be in the western hemishpere.

Once in a blue moon we go to Atlantic City and once I get there I realize why I don't come so often, there's something about the casino crowd, desperation and false hope? that really turns me off.

My company will be at the AAPEX side, but I won't make it to vegas because i have a conflict; I'll be riding a Harley through the roads around San Antonio " on business"
Enjoy the show!

Vegas is nothing like AC. Having been to both places numerous times I can tell you that your overall Vegas experience will be a million times better than Atlantic City.
Ok today was day 1 for me.

With due respect, Atlantic City is not even on the same page as Las Vegas.
Tony, I saw it, along with the Count from the TV Show Counting Cars. He was standing right in front of your bike when I saw him.

Sweet. I'm going tomorrow. I guess I have a pass waiting for me.

Vegas is WAY hotter. (but it's a dry heat) :tongueout:
Mixflip. Thanks for the pic on the Israeli jeep idea for the rifle mount. Any idea if they sell one. Or if I may get sued if I make one for an ak ;D?
If you guys see the zone offroad booth mind taking a pic and posting. Thanks.

Years ago , I got passes from retired Reher-Morrison Pro Stock driver, Bruce Allen. The show was, to say the least, a hoot!

This is the second year i have messed since 2000. Normally i go to SEMA and CES. For a car guy SEMA is as good as the AVN. Will not miss next year. :crying:
I probably walked 10 miles. Im actually sore. My disgusting fat body probably needed it lol. I got about 20 gigs of video and pics! Now its time to edit for the next 2 weeks. For the guys who are subscibed to my youtube channel... sorry for the break in gun videos but the next few weeks will mostly be car vids!
Im probably going to make a separate youtube channel for cars & bikes since my channel is predominantly a gun channel.
SHOT SHOW is 1 1/5 months. I'll make up for the gun vids then.
Most guys get their picture taken with hot chicks at SEMA.
