Dealers enrolled in the Stocking Glock Dealer Program usually have an employee that has been certified.

I appreciate it. I went to the teamglock website to look for dealers. Called all the ones within reasonable distance with no luck. So emailed glock CS.

I am not a certified glock armorer yet but I have an extensive backround in mechanical systems primaraly automotive. most of what i have heard people complain about on most modern glocks is brace to the face and a few other directions in terms of the way its ejected from then gun. and from looking at this problem with a detailed parts diagram I would say most of the problems are spring related. Either recoil spring problems or ejector spring problems effecting the timing of the gun cycling through its procceses during fireing so untill they figure out what the proper spring tentions should be the guns will continue to malfucntion. thats just my take on things. also most of the gun besides the springs has not changed since its introduction back in the 80's.
