Getting ready to order but...

I'm getting ready to order a 31 but have a question first. Is the only difference between a CA g31 and a normal g31 the mag capacity? The reason I ask is that my gun stores dealers are all out of regular 31's but he can get a CA 31 with 10 rd mags and will make me a deal on it and sell me 2 15 rd mags at cost but I wanted to make sure that's the only difference before I ordered it.

That is the difference,you will end up with less than standard capacity magazines.
Not the end of the world but if you reside in a free state,well around here nobody wants to buy them let alone trade. SJ 40

Like I said he will sell me 15 rd mags at cost so no worries the 10 rounders will go on gunbroker for some poor soul in CA. and thanks for your response!
