$350 for any kind of functioning Glock is a win in my book.

Yeah it was a deal i couldint refuse. The way it looks it was shot handful of times and was decided they didnt like handguns. I dont feel like a winner often but i do on this one.

Whenever I get a quality firearm at a sweet price.
I always take time to savor that moment.
Every once in a while fate smiles on us.

Enjoy your good fortune.

Nice grab.
I think just about anybody who has enjoyed a 19 would want to pick up another one for tree-fiddy whether they really "needed" it or not.

Old thread but am sure you still have the firearm and has been taking care of you. Congrats on the score, think my bride would have agreed to tweak the family budget ro make that reasonable investment.

If you have not yet detail cleaned in, might suggest doing so? Reason: scored a Gen 2 Glock 19 for $245.00 plus wet sand then buffed a small scratch in the driver door of a lady's car a short time ago. Clean as a whistle, until I broke the gun down for detail cleaning and to do the .25 cent trigger job. (The trigger pull weight was too much for my Bride with carpul tunnel issues.
I removed a Lint or AKA Dust Bunny the size of a nickle once the trigger mechanism was removed. Called the seller, she said, now ready for this "my ex-husband said holsters were for whimps. A real man carried his gun freely in his pants pocket." Oh the surpressed laughter was to hard fo hold back. No wonder felt like 8lb trigger pull.
After ultrasonic cleaning then Polishing using NanoBionics Seal Protect polish (prefer over Flitz since Flitz leaves Carnuba Wax behind, the Seal Protect leaves protective nano-particles); oiled the oiling points; reasseblbed. The trigger pull is smooth and feels more like a 3lb pull.
Take the time to break it down, my G23 Gen3 "looked new" till I tossed a parts into the ultrasonic cleaner. Was surprised the result. It now too had the .25 cecnt trigger job and is a dream.

are you sure that that "free-range" Glock collected lint (size of a nickel) from his pockets only...just saying... :wow:

that's a horrible purchase. Why would you even consider that?

I will give you $250 for it, that way you are only out $100.
